Reservations
—When calling us for an appointment, have your
credit card ready; a 50% deposit is required to hold your
appointment.
Tranquil Oasis accepts Mastercard, Visa and Discover
Cards.

Cancellations/Rescheduling
— If cancelled 7 days prior to your scheduled treatment, your
deposit will be refunded in full. If cancelled within 6 days to
24 hours, your deposit will be refunded in the form of a gift
certificate.

Same
Day Cancellations—Your
credit card will be charged for the full treatment and a refund
will be issued in the form of a gift certificate; less a $50
same day cancellation charge.

Upon
Arrival Cancellations –Your
credit card will be charged the full treatment and a refund will
be issued in the form of a gift certificate; less a 50% upon
arrival cancellation charge.
